Arrasan Real Estates has been developing residential plot layouts in and around Chennai and Thiruvallur since 2003 — carefully chosen locations, clear documentation, and a portfolio of completed layouts dating back to 2004.
Arrasan Real Estates was established in 2003 and is spearheaded by ALHAJ. MJF. Ln. Dr. S. M. Ibrahim. Project by project — from our first layouts in 2004 to today's DTCP-approved developments — the company has grown on the strength of carefully chosen locations and authentic, clearly handled documentation.

Our method
How we work, step by step.
Five things happen in the same order on every project. None of them are negotiable.
We choose the land carefully
Before anything is planned, the land is checked for title, access and how the surrounding area is likely to grow. If the paperwork is unclear, we walk away.
We pick locations that can grow
From our first layouts around Thiruvallur to our recent projects, the location has always come first — land that families and investors can build on with confidence.
We put approvals before promises
Several of our layouts are DTCP approved, and every project page states its approval status plainly. If an approval is still in process, we say so.
We handle documents in the open
Titles, approvals and registration papers are shared by our office directly. You will always be told what is approved and what is still in process.
We stay after handover
The same team remains available after you move in. One number, one office, people who know your project by name.
